Registration Policies and Procedures

Cancellations / Refunds / Transfer Policy

  1. Full refund for cancellations mailed and postmarked (or e-mailed) 5 business days before the class.
  2. Your full course fee may be transferred to a future course of your choice if your request is postmarked (or e-mailed) 5 business days before the class.
  3. You may substitute another individual to take the class.
  4. No shows forfeit the entire course fee and/or will be invoiced for the full course fee. Materials will be mailed to "no shows".

Certificate of Attendance

Certificates of Attendance are provided at the end of each class. Participants must sign the sign-in and sign-out sheets to receive course credit.

Course Cancellation / Instructor Substitutions

We reserve the right to cancel courses if there is insufficient registration or instructor illness. In the event of cancellation we will provide full refunds. We reserve the right to substitute instructors without notice.
That being said, we rarely cancel courses or substitute instructors.

We do not sell or share your personal information including your name, address, phone number, or e-mail address. We do not handle or store any of your credit card information. We use your e-mail address only to promptly return course confirmations, send you course materials and, if you've requested, to send announcements of future courses.
We have no desire to add to the ocean of spam we're all drowning in.
